Shoot From the Hip es el segundo álbum de la cantante de Pop-Dance Británica Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Fue publicado por Polydor Records UK el 27 de octubre del 2003 en el Reino Unido. El álbum fue producido por Gregg Alexander, Matt Rowe, Jeremy Wheatley y Damian leGassick. Shoot From The Hip se convirtió en el segundo exitoso álbum, alcanzando el Número 19 en las listas de ventas del Reino Unido, creando 2 singles con videoclip, titulados Mixed Up World y I Won't Change You, alcanzando el primer single el Número 7 y el segundo single, el Número 9, superado por el single de Victoria Beckham "Let Your Head Go / This Groove", alcanzando el primer No. 1 para la ex Spice Girl.
