Pixiu (貔貅 pinyin pí xiū) origalmente Bi Xie (辟邪 que evita malos espíritus) es una criatura de la Mitología china. Recuerda un león alado. Pixiu es una variación anfibia influida por la riqueza. Se dice de su voraz apetito de oro y plata.
