Pie floater

Un pie floater es un plato servido en los restaurantes de Adelaide así como en cualquier ciudad ubicada en Australia Meridional. Se trata de un plato muy popular elaborado con guisantes (peas), que suele tener flotando (floater) un pastel australiano de carne cubierto en su parte superior de una gota de salsa de tomate (similar al kétchup), sobre una sopa de guisantes.
