Programa de la compañía Pegtop que crea un menú personalizado. A este menú se accede a través de un icono en la bandeja del sistema o mediante una combinación de teclas especificada por el usuario.

Además de permitirnos crear un menú propio, PStart también tiene una opción para buscar archivos y otra que permite guardar notas.

La principal aplicación de este programa es poder añadirlo a llaves de memoria para organizar los programas de las mismas.
