Orzo

Orzo (del latín hordeum) es una pasta típica de la cocina italiana y es empleada también en Estados Unidos. Se trata de una pasta con forma de granos de arroz, aunque ligeramente más grandes: el tamaño está entre un garbanzo y una lenteja. Se emplea frecuentemente como ingrediente de sopas.
