Nanshe

Nanshe

Nanse o Nanshe, fue diosa de la justicia, en la mitología mesopotámica. Hija de Enki, es asociada a la interpretación de sueños, ella enseñó esta habilidad a los sacerdotes babilonios, ellos aprendieron esto, luego de pasar por una prueba simbólica de muerte y resurrección. Se dice que protegía a los huérfanos, a las viudas y a los pobres. Sus asistente eran Nidaba y su consorte Haia. Se la identifica con Lagash y el centro de culto en Sirar.
