Keith Charles Flint (nacido el 17 de septiembre de 1969 en Braintree, Essex, Inglaterra) es miembro de la banda electrónica británica The Prodigy. Flint nació y se crio en Essex, en la ciudad de Braintree, donde asistió a The Boswells School. A finales de los 80´s se reunió con el DJ Liam Howlett en una rave de una discoteca y expresó su agrado por el gusto musical de Howlett. Después de recibir un remix de Liam Howlett, la cara B tenía algunas canciones de Liam que había hecho en el estudio de su dormitorio 'Earthbound'. Keith fue a ver a Liam con gran entusiasmo, insistiendo en que Liam debía llevar sus canciones a los escenarios, y que el propio Keith y su amigo Leeroy Thornhill actuarían juntos. Poco después, en 1990, se incorporó al nuevo proyecto de Howlett, The Prodigy.
