Biografía

Nacida el 11 de abril de 1908 en Poughkeepsie (Nueva York). Hija de abogado.


Fue la primera jueza de raza negra en los Estados Unidos y la primera mujer en licenciarse en Derecho en Yale (1932).

Falleció el 10 de enero de 2007 a los 98 años de edad. Su hijo se llama Yorke Bolin Mizelle.
