Henry John Heinz (11 de octubre de 1844 – 14 de mayo de 1919) fue un hombre de negocios estadounidense. Conocido por haber sido el primero que añadió a la salsa de origen chino denominada ketsiap la salsa de tomate y posteriormente comercializarla con el nombre de Kétchup, fue fundador de la empresa que lleva su nombre.
