Harold Laski (*30 de junio de 1893, en Mánchester; † 24 de marzo de 1950, en Londres) fue un politólogo, economista, escritor y conferencista inglés. Fue presidente del Partido Laborista en Gran Bretaña entre 1945 y 1946.

Tras graduarse de la Manchester Grammar School y el New College de la Universidad de Oxford, Laski se convirtió en miembro del comité ejecutivo de la socialista Sociedad Fabiana (1922-1936). En 1926 se convirtió en profesor de ciencias políticas en la London School of Economics y en 1936 se unió al Comité Ejecutivo del Partido Laborista.
