Nueve buques y una base naval de la Royal Navy británica, han recibido el nombre HMS Neptune en honor al dios del mar de la mitología romana Neptuno:

  • navío de línea de 90 cañones botado en 1683. Fue reconstruido en 1710 y en 1730. Fue renombrado HMS Torbay en 1750. Fue vendido en 1784.
  • 1757. Fue convertido en pontón en 1784 y desguazado en 1816.
  • 1797. Participó en la batalla de Trafalgar y fue desguazado en 1818.
  • HMS Neptune debería haber sido un navío de 120 cañones, per fue renombrado 1827. El Royal George fue vendido en 1875.
  • 1832. Fue reconstruido como navío de 72 cañones propulsado por hélice en 1859 y vendido en 1875.
  • cúter usado como guardacostas construidos en 1863 y vendido en 1905.
  • ironclad botado en 1874 para la Armada Brasileña. Fue adquirido por la Royal Navy en 1878 y vendido en 1903.
  • HMS Neptune fue uno de los primeros acorazados tipo Dreadnought botado en 1909 y desguazado en 1922.
  • crucero ligero clase 1933 y hundido en 1941.
  • HMS Neptune fue un crucero proyectado según las estimaciones navales de 1945, pero fue cancelado en marzo de 1946, y nunca fue ordenado.
