Gastrotheca piperata es una especie de anfibios de la familia Amphignathodontidae. Es endémica de Bolivia. Su hábitat natural incluye montanos tropicales o subtropicales secos y marismas intermitentes de agua dulce. Está amenazada de extinción por la pérdida de su hábitat natural.
