Abreviatura de forte.

Forte (del italiano forte, fuerte) es un término utilizado en notación musical para indicar una determinada intensidad en el sonido, es decir, un determinado matiz. Su abreviatura es Forte001.png y la intensidad que indica es fuerte, mayor que la que indica mezzoforte y menor que la que indica fortissimo.

En las partituras aparece siempre de manera abreviada, siempre bajo el pentagrama y precisamente bajo la nota donde empieza dicha dinámica. La obra se sigue tocando forte desde ese punto en adelante, hasta que aparezca un nuevo indicador de dinámica.
