Foreign Policy es una publicación bimensual fundada en 1970 por Samuel P.Huntington y Warren Demian Manshel. La edita el Fondo Carnegie para la Paz Internacional en Washington D.C.. Su temática trata sobre política internacional, economía e ideas. Entre sus principales editores se encuantran Moisés Naím y William Dobson. Anualmente la revista publica un Índice de la Globalización y un listado de Estados fallidos.

En España la fundación FRIDE publica una versión en castellano, dirigida por Andrés Ortega.
