Elemental es el cuarto álbum del grupo británico Tears for Fears. Fue lanzado el 22 de junio de 1993, producido por Mercury, e incluye el éxito "Break It Down Again".

Se trata del primer álbum de Tears For Fears en cuatro años, tras The Seeds of Love, que fue lanzado en 1989, pero técmicamente puede considerarse un esfuerzo en solitario de Roland Orzabal, dado que Curt Smith ya había abandonado la banda.
