Dri-Fit es el nombre de una vieja tecnología textil impuesta por Nike con la que se ha innovado y marcado una revolución en el ámbito deportivo, por sus características hidrofugas. Esta tela tiene la característica de poseer pequeños poros que permiten la ventilación del cuerpo para que de esta forma se pueda realizar ejercicio de una forma más cómoda. Estos micro poros permiten absorber y expulsar el sudor para evitar que la transpiración quede impregnada en la prenda, lo que perjudica el rendimiento del atleta al enfriar los músculos. Actualmente la podemos encontrar en diferentes poleras de variados deportes como: el fútbol, tenis, ciclcismo o vóleibol e incluso en simples poleras deportivas. Por ejemplo tenemos la polera del club argentino Boca Juniors que cuenta con este tipo de tela. También existe el caso de la utilización de la tela en otros artículos como gorros, pantalones, shorts o pantalones 3/4. Adidas, por su parte, también ha creado una tela similar a la que ha llamado Clima-Cool y que posee las mismas características que la Dri-Fit sólo que pertenece a una marca diferente.

Del éxito de esta tela y comodidad también aparecerán nuevas creaciones. Se intentaran buscar nuevas combinaciones que lleven a la misma calidad del modelo anterior y si es posible superarlo. De esta forma se creará la tela Dri team la que consiste simplemente en la unión de dos telas dri fit para obtener un mayor beneficio de sus micro poros. Esta tela es usada actualmente en nuevos modelos para así innovar y continuar con el ciclo.
