Ad litem

Ad litem es un término latino utilizado en Derecho para referirse a una parte asignada por la Corte para actuar en representación de la otra parte en un Juicio—Por ejemplo, un niño o adulto incapacitado—quien es considerado incapaz de representarse a sí mismo.
