Dean Oliver Barrow (n. 1951) abogado y político, es el actual Primer Ministro de Belize.Tiene 4 hijos, siendo el mayor de ellos el rapero Jamal "Shyne" Barrow[1] con Francis Franklin. Barrow es el primer afro descendiente en ocupar el puesto en su país.[2] Anunció su gabinete el 11 de febrero de 2008.[3]
