Cortaillod es un municipio situado en el distrito de Boudry en el cantón de Neuchâtel en Suiza. Restos arqueológicos encontrados en las proximidades de la localidad que datan de la Edad del Cobre han dado lugar a la llamada cultura de Cortadaillod. La uva Pinot Noir de esta región es comunmente embotellada bajo la etiqueta Cortaillod.[2]
