Abdul Qadir Khan (Bhopal, India, 1 de abril de 1936) es un científico pakistaní, impulsor del programa de desarrollo nuclear de Pakistán. Se le considera el padre de la bomba atómica pakistani. Su nombre también es escrito: Qadeer, Quadeer, Qadir o Qadeer, siendo habitualmente abreviado a Dr. A.Q.

Es ingeniero por la universidad de Karachi y doctor por la universidad católica de Louvain (Bélgica).

En enero de 2004 reconoció haber participado en una trama de ventas de armas nucleares a Corea del norte, Libia e Irán.[1]

Fue encarcelado y puesto en libertad a comienzos del 2009.
