Charles Joseph Clark (n. 1939) periodista, empresario, profesor y político, fue el primer ministro de Canadá entre el 1979 y el 1980.

Ingresó en la política el 1972 eligiéndose la primera vez por Alberta[1] . Se tornó líder de su partido el 1976 y fue escogido primer ministro el 1979 derrotando[1] Pierre Trudeau y poniendo fin a 16 años de gobierno liberal.
