COMPSTAT es un sistema informático aplicado durante la gestión Giuliani que permite georeferenciar las estadísticas criminales conjuntamente con información operativa policíal. Este sistema permite obtener al instante predicciones criminalisticas y reportes sobre delito policial. Permitió la rápida expulsión de policías corruptos de los lugares de toma de decisión bajando notablemente la delincuencia.
