Bryan Lee O'Malley

Bryan Lee O'Malley (nacido el 21 de febrero de 1979) es un historietista de origen canadiense. Su primera novela gráfica original fue Lost at Sea (2003) y actualmente se encuentra trabajando en el proyecto por el cual es más conocido y que cuenta al momento con seis volúmenes, la serie Scott Pilgrim (2004-presente). Todas sus novelas gráficas hasta el momento han sido publicadas por la editorial Oni Press con base en Portland, Oregón, Estados Unidos. O'Malley es también compositor y músico.

Además de sus propias publicaciones, O'Malley trabaja como ilustrador en la serie de Oni Press, Hopeless Savages: Ground Zero, escrita por Jen Van Meter. También trabaja como letrista en varias historietas de Oni Press, incluyendo la mayoría de los trabajos de Chynna Clugston realizados entre el 2002 y el 2005.

En el 2005 O'Malley ganó el Doug Wright Award como el Mejor Talento Emergente y fue nominado para 3 Harvey Awards. En el 2006 fue nominado como Mejor Escritor Artista Humorístico en los Eisner Award y ganó el 'Outstanding Canadian Comic Book Cartoonist' en los Joe Shuster Awards.
