Sinopsis

Josh Baskin es un niño de trece años al que le gustaría ser mayor. Un día en la feria descubre una máquina misteriosa. Josh echa dinero a la máquina y pide un deseo. A la mañana siguiente el deseo se habrá cumplido y se habrá convertido en un hombre de 30 años.

Curiosidades

  • La canción que Josh y MacMillan tocan en el piano electrónico y que se escucha al final de la película se llama "Heart and Soul".
  • Cuando Josh (niño) va a pedir su deseo, podemos ver que Zoltar tiene la boca semi abierta y en la siguiente escena, cuando Josh empieza a golpear la maquina (antes de encender) Zoltar tiene la boca completamente abierta y después aparece semi abierta nuevamente.
  • Cerca del final de la película, cuando Susan le pregunta a Josh su edad este le contesta "tengo trece años", pero en realidad tendría catorce ya que en la escena de la pizzería Billy le celebra su cumpleaños.
  • En un capitulo de Alvin y las Ardillas se hace una parodia a la película, llamada quisiera ser niño.
