Torre de la India (anteriormente conocido como Park Hyatt Torre, también conocida como Dynamix Balwas Torre o Torre DB) es un rascacielos en construcción supertall en Mumbai, el estado de Maharashtra, India. En enero de 2010, el Brihanmumbai la Corporación Municipal dio el funcionario luz verde a su construcción en un sitio ubicado en Charni Road, líneas de Marina, al norte del casco histórico de la ciudad.

Fue promovida por el grupo de bienes raíces Dynamix Balwas y el arquitecto fue BS Joshi. Desde su primera propuesta en 2008, había sido objeto de diseño y varios cambios de nombre.
