Cofiñal es una villa montañosa española, perteneciente al municipio de Puebla de Lillo, en la provincia de León y la comarca de la Montaña Oriental, en la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León. perteneciente al Parque Nacional de Picos de Europa.

Situado en la margen izquierda del Río Porma.

Los terrenos de Cofiñal limitan con el Puerto de Las Señales al norte, Maraña al este, Puebla de Lillo al sur, Estación de esquí de San Isidro al oeste e Isoba al noroeste.
