Citizen X es un telefilme lanzado en 1995, dirigido por Chris Gerolmo y basado en una historia real. Trata acerca de la investigación del asesino en serie de la Unión Soviética Andrei Chikatilo, quien estuvo convicto hasta 1992 luego de asesinar a 53 mujeres y niños entre 1978 y 1990, y de los esfuerzos de los detectives por capturarlo.

La película fue enteramente grabada en Hungría.
