Chartered Financial Analyst o Analista Financiero Certificado (CFA) designa una certificación profesional internacional ofrecida por el CFA Institute (anteriormente conocido como AIMR) a analistas financieros que consigan completar una serie de tres examenes. Para llegar a convertirse en CFA Charterholder los candidatos deben aprobar cada uno de los tres examenes de seis horas, tener un título universitario (o equivalente, tal y como evalué el CFA Institute) y[1] tener 48 meses de experiencia profesional en la materia. Los CFA charterholders estan también obligados a apegarse al estricto código Ético y estadares que rigen su conducta profesional.[2]

Requisitos

Los requisitos básicos para participar en el Programa CFA incluyen contar con un titulo universitario o estar en ultimo año de carrera (o su equivalente reconocido por el CFA Institute), o tener cuatro años de experiencia profesional adecuada en un procesos de inversión que impliquen la toma de decisiones. Pero para ser colegiado, un candidato debe haber completado un titulo universitario (o equivalente) y contar con cuatro años de experiencia profesional, además de superar con éxito los tres examenes que que prueban la parte de conocimientos académicos del CFA program.[1]

Resultados

La siguiente tabla representa los resultados de aprobados de los últimos años, el nivel 1, contiene dos resultados que se corresponden con la tasa de la prueba de Junio o de Diciembre.
