Very Bad Things (Malos Pensamientos en Latinoamérica), estrenada en 1998, es una una comedia negra dirigida por Peter Berg. Argumento

Kyle Fisher (Favreau) está apunto de casarse y sus amigos le organizan un fin de semana de despedida de soltero en Las Vegas para intentar liberarlo por unos días de su axfisiante novia,[1] Laura (Diaz). Pronto las cosas comienzan a salirse de control en su suite del hotel: Bebidas, drogas y una bailarina de striptease.

No obstante, los problemas comienzan cuando un amigo de Kyle, el impetuoso Michael (Piven) acuerda tener sexo, previo pago, con la bailarina en el cuarto de baño. Mientras están manteniendo relaciones Michael resbala y hace que un gancho para la ropa atraviese el cráneo de la bailarina, matándola accidentalmente. Cuando un guardia de seguridad encuentra el cuerpo de la bailarina de striptease, los amenaza con llamar a la policía pero es silenciado cuando Robert Boyd (Slater) le clava un sacacorchos, matándolo. El grupo de amigos decide entonces enterrar los cuerpos en el desierto, pero pronto la culpabilidad y el nerviosismo empiezan a destrozar sus idílicas vidas tanto que todos acaban muertos o severamente lesionados cuando cada uno trata de encubrirse del delito.
