Vaughan es una ciudad localizada en la provincia canadiense de Ontario dentro de la Municipalidad Regional de York (43°50′N 79°30′O / 43.833, -79.5). Con un área de 375,3 km², su población es de 182 022 habitantes, y su densidad poblacional es de 485 hab/km² (según el censo canadiense de 2001). La ciudad fue fundada en 1782 e incorporada en 1991.
