"Tender" es una canción de la banda de britpop Blur. Es la primera canción de su sexto álbum 13 y también fue publicado como sencillo, consiguiendo el segundo puesto en las listas de sencillos del Reino Unido, sustituyendo al sencillo «Baby One More Time» de Britney Spears.

La canción fue escrita por Damon Albarn y Graham Coxon y las partes vocales están compartidas en la canción. A pesar del abandono de Coxon del grupo, Blur aún toca esta canción en directo pidiendo al público que cante las líneas de Coxon "Oh my baby, oh my baby, oh why? Oh my". En la aparición de Blur en el Festival de Reading del 2003 introdujeron esta canción diciendo "No quiero, por un momento, ser un sentimental pero... Graham escribió también esta canción... conocéis la parte que él cantaba y quiero que la cantéis tan fuerte como podáis. Todo el mundo necesita cantar esta canción".

El video de la canción es una actuación en directo en estudio de la banda con un grupo de cantantes de fondo.

Un remezcla de la canción hecha por Cornelius fue lanzado con en el sencillo «No Distance Left to Run»
