Syngman Rhee o Lee Seungman (hangul: 이승만, hanja: 李承晩, romanización revisada: I Seungman, McCune-Reischauer: I Sŭngman)? nacido el 26 de marzo de 1875, fue político y primer presidente de Corea del Sur.

Su gobierno, desde marzo de 1948 hasta abril de 1960, sigue siendo un tema de controversia, proveniente de las tensiones de la Guerra Fría sobre la península coreana y otras partes. Rhee, un cristiano profeso, estaba fuertemente identificado con el lado conservador y anticomunista en las políticas y geopolíticas coreanas y lideró a Corea del Sur en la Guerra de Corea.

Su presidencia terminó en renuncia, seguido de protestas populares contra una disputada elección. Murió en el exilio en Hawái, el 19 de julio de 1965.
