Terence Charles "Snowy" White (3 de marzo de 1948, en Barnstaple, Devon, Inglaterra), es un guitarrista inglés, popular por haber tocado para Thin Lizzy (de 1979 a 1981), para Pink Floyd (como músico de apoyo en vivo; en 1977 y 1979) y, más recientemente, para Roger Waters, en 1999. También estuvo en el disco Wet Dream de Richard Wright. Formó la banda White Flames en 1983, con la que grabó algunos discos.

En la actualidad se encuentra haciendo giras con Waters, habiendo tocado en Europa, Norteamérica, Australia, Asia y Suramérica, en un show que se compone de todo el disco The Dark Side of the Moon, algunas versiones de Pink Floyd y canciones de Roger Waters de su carrera como solista. Ha sido confirmado como parte de la banda que interpretará, en 2010 Waters, como la gira The Wall Live 2010 - 2011.
