Scott Foley (15 de julio de 1972, Kansas City, Missouri) es un actor estadounidense. Es el mayor de tres hermanos. Estuvo casado entre 2000 y 2004 con la actriz Jennifer Garner y desde 2007 está casado con la tambián actriz Marika Dominczyk.
